How to make Bread Pizza - Pizza with bread as a base!

Sometimes when you want to eat a pizza and not in a mood to dine out – that’s when you make this bread pizza. Pieces of bread are topped with pizza sauce, fresh veggies, and cheese cooked in an oven. Kids absolutely love eating this and you will love making this!

This Bread Pizza Recipe is quick and easy to make. It can be had for breakfast or as an evening snack. Kids will love these delicious bread pizzas. I have shown how to make instant pizza using bread. It can also be made without an oven.

Ingredients for Bread Pizza Recipe-

White bread slices-4
Mozzarella cheese(grated)-100 gm
Onion(chopped)-1
Capsicum(Chopped)-1
Tomato(chopped)-1
JalapeƱo-25 gm
Chilli flakes-1/2 tbsp
Mixed herb-1/2 tbsp
Oregano-1/2 tbsp
Schezwan chutney-1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup-2 tbsp
Salt-1/2 tsp or as per taste

How to make Bread Pizza Recipe-

Step 1: Preheat the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 2: Take a bowl, add tomato, jalapeno, onion, and capsicum and combine it.
Step 3: Add chili flakes, mixed herb, oregano, and salt. Mix it properly.
Step 4: In a plate add tomato ketchup, Schezwan chutney, chili flakes and mix it well.
Step 5: Put bread slices on a plate. Spread prepared sauce on each bread slice and place the vegetable mixture over it.
Step 6: Top up with grated cheese and place the slices on a baking tray.
Step 7: Place the baking tray in the preheated oven. Bake it for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Step 8: Take out the tray from the oven. Take out on a serving plate. Sprinkle little oregano on top. Bread Pizza is ready! Serve hot!

Ingredients for Bread Samosa

Boiled & Mashed Potatoes – 2
Turmeric – ½ tbsp
Chilly Powder – 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp
Garam Masala – ¼ tbsp
Dry Mango Powder – ½ tbsp
Frozen Green Peas – 5 tbsp
Wheat Bread Slices – 6

Method
1. Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan once the oil is heated add jeera, boiled & mashed potatoes into it and mix them well.
2. Add turmeric, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala & dry mango powder, salt, green peas and mix it well.
3. Turn off the heat and let it cool down.
4. Take out the edges of the bread slices. Roll the bread like a flat bread. In the same way, roll all the bread.
5. Put the potato mixture on the bread. Close the edges with the help of water.
6. When the oil is hot, deep fry them. Once it turns into golden brown colour, take them on a separate plate.
7. You can also bake some of the bread, grease them on both sides. Place them in a pre-heated oven at 350 F for 10 min. Baked bread samosa is ready.
8. Crispy and yummy bread samosa are ready to serve with tomato ketchup.
