Summer Special Fruit Custard Recipe

Ingredients for Fruit Custard-
Vanilla Custard Powder - 3 tbspMilk - 2 cups
Banana - 4
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Muskmelon - 1/2 cubed
Plums - 4 cubed
Strawberries - 10-12 halved
Pomegranate - 4 tbsp
How to make mixed fruit custard -
1. Mix custard powder and milk thoroughly until completely smooth and cook on medium gas.2. Include Sugar and cook until thick. Keep aside to cool and then chill in the refrigerator.
3. Now peel bananas and cut into pieces. Blend bananas, muskmelon, and plums. Pour this mixed fruit mixture into a glass and some chilled custard on top. Place some strawberries along the rim of the glass.
4. Decorate with some strawberries and pomegranate pearls. Mixed Fruit Custard is ready to eat!! Serve chilled.
Note: If you don't have fruits listed here, you can take any other fruits.
